This is surely unconstitutional. No where in the Constitution does it administer the government the right to fine people for not have health insurance. It is their choice. Many might claim that this, and health watchfulness in general, is bit of the implied powers (a part of promoting the general welfare). If you want to stretch it that far I guess we can also outlaw hurried food because it is unhealthy and we can ban cars because thousands die contained by car accidents respectively year.

Bacus is in favor of the fine but the president is not. The argument is that you are required to enjoy car insurance why not healthcare. I don't agree with this. I have a feeling it would be better to have a universal healthcare for adjectives. I find it sad that many citizens in the US were not rasing hell when both Dems and Reps be giving billions of dollars to other countries. The truth of the issue is, uninsured Americans are costing this country billions of dollars a year, something has to be done about it. If you're a business man next to no heart, that's just simple math, if you're a human being, possibly the idea of people dying outside hospitals because they be turned away is more of a "bleeding heart" persuasion for you.
