Why do third world countries own free vigour insurance but the richest country surrounded by the world doesn't?

Generally regarded as the richest country contained by the world, the USA, ranks near the bottom when the wealth of nation is measured in terms of "everything that make life worthwhile".

The Nordic countries rank at the top.

The US should lug heed and begin modeling its healthcare system after the Nordic nations.
No one have free health care. It only just depends on who is paying for it. Medical service is never free.

I don't want to pay for everyone else's and I don't want someone else determining what medical service I must have and what is not needed. HMO's already do that; I can imagine the federal government human being the worst HMO in the world.

I contribute to agencies that provide basic robustness care to the underprivileged. Christian doctors take medicine to help those who can't afford it in some of those countries you are chitchat about.
Much smaller populations, their healthcare sucks, and guess what?? NOTHING is for free. The government has NO money--they confiscate it from the taxpayer.
Why do empire keep saying we are the richest country contained by the world. That was the line used surrounded by the '50's. There are more people in our country that are poor than rich. Because the haves could aid less about the hold nots. Keep in mind, the haves are the ones running this Country.

they get the money from us. dah. and they cannot sue for loosing a limb.the dr.s do not own to worry about insurance. they work out of huts and we enjoy multi million dollar hospitals. what is so hard to understand in the order of the cost of healthcare for 300 million plus. it is not free and the top 5% cannot foot the entire bill. the majority of it will be paid for by the middle class, and it will not be cheap.

Because you get what you money for. When care is provided for free, they can decide what they want to treat and who. Not a position I want to be contained by.

By all vehicle, if you can get somebody to donate the money to provide free health assistance to the US.. go for it.
And do you have any belief of the quality of the care or how long you enjoy to wait? In England it takes up to 6 months to return with a hip replacement. Problem is we have only so lots people working and able to income into the system.
Their health insurance is not free. Someone is paying. Unless their doctors, nurses, and medical equipment providers are slaves?
They don't have "free" health meticulousness. They pay grossly high taxes to their government who pay doctors, hospitals, and drug companies instead of insurance companies doing it. Government does NOTHING free. Somebody pays for it, such as you, in the form of confiscatory income taxes.

By the route, you can go to any emergency room in this country and acquire treated whether you can pay or not. That is a federal law, so this opinion that poor people can't get medical treatment is a shaved faced damnable lie!
1 - Just because it's free, doesn't mean it's any perfect.
2 - Third world countires do not have our system of tort law next to multi-million dollar judgements.

Because their healthcare systems are 1/10000 of the U.S. system. They have no technology - no modern Hospitals. Basically they paw out free Medicine donated from other countries. it cracks me up how Americans(liberals mostly) want top quality healthcare - but they don't want to pay for it. They want Barak to find a course so everyone can have cheap healthcare. Maybe create a one payor system where the gov't will ration your healthcare. The daytime that happens you will never see smart people becoming Doctors... Why would they turn to college and create that much personal debt to be paid what the gov't says they are worth.. Typical lib - consent to the gov't do it..
