I own no insurance... where on earth can I find free clinics or low cost insurance?
I have some bad vigour issues right now and really need to see a doctor ... I don't wanna salary outrageous E.R. fees ..... I'm on a very limited income .... I live within Southwestern Wisconsin. Anything will help. Please.

your city should have a condition department or a department of social services, that offers free medical help to those who are on low to fixed incomes. check your local directory.

If you are have bad enough problems you should apply for Medi-Cal. And know that if you own a medical emergency, you can apply for Medi-Cal after the fact and get it covered.
Look for a medical school within your area as well. Most of them enjoy clinics where you will see a resident who is supervised by a licensed physician and they can sometimes waive fees depending on your income and situation.
