Getting Free State Insurance surrounded by another state (Washington)?
My wife recently left me and our home surrounded by Oregon to move back in beside her parents in Seattle Washington. We have be married for 6 months and she has had an Oregon drivers license for 4 months but have some how been able to receive free Health perfectionism insurance in Washington for mothers who are pregnant. Is this legal? And could she hold done this with an Oregon drivers license with my end name and the fact I made $60K second year? Would she have to turn in her Oregon drivers license and draw from a new Washington license in demand to receive this insurance even though she is still covered under my insurance? Please help, she is Bipolar and I'm trying to digit out what she is doing and if I need to go to an attorney for my protection and the protection of our unborn girl. Thank you

She can legally seize on something like medicare in another state if she have ID in that state and she is pregnant. She would need to hold proof of residency which is a bill sent to an address with her name on it. But to seize it she would have had to tell stories and say that she had no insurance. When you are pregnant ( contained by the state I live in) they make you take a pee exam and if it comes back positive you are automatically handed a sheet of broadsheet to apply for medicare or medicaid, don't remember which. It's almost impossible not to qualify.
