My husbands sidekick 3 get run over by a saloon. Will the insurance replace it for free or will he own to recompense?

It got ran over because he be riding his motorcycle on the highway and the carrying case fell of. We know he should have have it in his pocket or somewhere it would not fall sour, but it needs to be replaced now

it adjectives depends wat kinda insurance u have! if u have ful coverage after the insurance will pay completely but if u dont u will only enjoy to pay a small portion!
