Why not try the free open market solution and agree to adjectives insurance companies trade policies surrounded by adjectives the states?
let 'em try for a year and see what happens? If it works great if it doesn't, try something else...
And since the dim/libs cry that something has to be done NOW, NOW, NOW!! <again>
Please remember that it is the dim/libs who put plans forth that don't do anything until 2013. Pelosi/Reid/Obama must not think here is a need for NOW, NOW, NOW..........

Sounds like a nouns plan, yet the government won't approaching it if young, healthy culture can opt out of paying for health insurance. They are depending on them to finance the elder generations.
If the insurance companies would be regulated by the laws of the states within which the consumers live, instead of the laws where the company is base, that idea would have gain acceptance long ago.
As it is, the better health attention policies are the ones now contained in the proposed robustness care reform bills. Source(s): http://www.newamerica.net/files/In%20Bri…
What about states rights to regulate the commerce surrounded by their states? There is no law or regulation at the Fed level to impede any insurance company from going into any state and competing. Ask your self why they don't?
They don't want to compete.
Okay, lets go near your idea. But lets also vote there is no maximum cap on policies. There are no frivolously denied claims. You can not be turned down from buying a policy if you hold a previous existing condition. Your policy premiums won't go up due to usage or age. Make the premiums more affordable.
Include those, and I may be more interested.

Um, I believe that this is already the case. No event what state you live in, you can get insurance.
The problem is, insurance companies don't want to payment out claims and don't want to cover people.
A simple fix from a simple mind, each state has different law and regulations regarding insurance industry.
The Federal Government does not have the right to suprecede the states rights.
Watch out for what you longing for.
Agreed. I believe these simple steps would REFORM vigour care without a management takeover.
1) Lose the monopolies and allow health insurance to cross state boundaries approaching almost everything else. This competition will drive prices down.
2) Do not have health insurance tied surrounded by with employment. You should be able to shop for your own insurance and preserve it whether you switch jobs or not.
3) Stop making health insurance cover everything. We used to wage for office visits. Insurance should be for things we can't afford, approaching hospitalization. Could you imagine how expensive car insurance would be if we used it to cover every grease change or swapping of the wipers?
4) Tort reform
It's grief-stricken that so many people do not believe surrounded by us as individuals and think the solution to everything is the government making our decision for us.
Because it is not really roughly health care. The democrats don't vigilance one bit for people's health. They want power. They stand up there and lie back about it, but the truth is they just want control.
Because that wouldn't push the liberal agenda, and they will only be in power for a exceedingly short time, so they don't have the time to try something which might actually work. They own to destroy it all NOW NOW NOW!
They have to do it now, because they know they are gonna lose seating next year.
...because if they do that the NeoLibs and Dims cannot rule us approaching the Serfs they think we are...
Why not get rid of their anti-trust exemption?
Yes that would manufacture sense after all their profit margin be only 2%, the government does not want competition which other produces lower costs and a better product!!
Because it has not worked anywhere on this planet. Instead, I have a sneaking suspicion that Obama is right to try reforms that HAVE worked elsewhere.
I do not understand why so lots Americans have fallen for lies almost healthcare in the USA, abroad and also the planned reform [1]. I mean, if the healthcare system in the USA is so appropriate, why have no other nations taken it up? Could it be due to the following facts?
FACT - the USA spends more on healthcare PER PERSON than any other nation on the planet [2].
FACT - the US have higher death rates for kids beneath five than western European countries with universal vigour coverage [3].
Or if the US healthcare system is run so well, why not run the fire service like the healthcare system? [4]
Maybe specifically because in the USA, insurance companies push up costs, buy politicians and refuse to pay packet claims that people pay for [5]. (Look up Wendell Potter on YouTube to hear more if the relationship below is too long.)
Obama wants to make insurance cheaper, stop insurance companies from refuse health coverage to those with pre-existing conditions, and put together sure they pay out when they are meant to [6], a system similar to that which works within Taiwan [7]. He debated this before he be elected [8].
Is it right that a dead American four year old would own had a better chance of energy if they were born in Canada, Cuba, Germany and so plentiful other industrialised nations with wide-reaching healthcare?
If you think my arguments are wrong, e-mail me with proof. But if you can not, permit Obama try to help America. If he fails, vote him out surrounded by 2012. Source(s): [1] http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/…
