Is near a dental plan for individuals who dont own dental insurance and in attendance employer doesnt proffer dental i?
i live in upstate new york and my employer doesnt donate dental, is there any individual dental plans out there that covers most dentists and areas of upstate exotic york?

Yes, there are plenty of individual plans available. However, some are quite costly, so do your homework. I would stay far away from "discount plans" or DMO's. They seem to be tempting because you pay smaller number monthly, but you pay much much more at the time or service. I would stick with a PPO if at all possible. Also, when searching for a plan, check for waiting periods, because for some individual plans, they can we reasonably long. I would also inform each company of a better deal you can go and get elsewhere and see if they can match it or beat it.
