Temporary dental insurance?

I need some major work done on my teeth. I come from a terribly poor family and cannot afford the dentist, which is the reason why I own medicare. My medicare covers for almost everything except for the root canals in the final teeth. I have FOUR teeth that need root canal and crowns. Medicare does cover it if I just get them pulled out. I merely got one pulled out so far because it was infected and be putting me in terrible headache. So I was curious if I can just buy regular insurance for a while, seize my teeth fixed, and then dump it? p.s. are there any dental plans that cover 100% ??
Answers:
There is no provisional dental insurance. There is hardly ever 100% coverage except for the most basic services and most individual pay a percentage. This would be considered a preexisting condition by most and not covered. Insurance company's are not stupid and their goal is to lug in more in premiums than they wage out in benefits.
