Put Step Son on dental insurance?

I have taken a job that offer dental insurance (for a high price), My husbands insurance only carry medical. My husband divorce degree says he have to pay 70% of all medical (not dental) bills not insured. The quiz is my step son is now having dental work done, that my insurance is paying 80% of the work done. Do we still hold to pay 70%? My way of thinking is that I'am good the ex-wife 10% of the 30% she would have to pay, if I did not attain him Insurance

When you married your husband you also received his son. If the kid needs dental work consequently get it done, and stop thinking about the x wife.
