Questions around dental work, cost beside insurance.?
I realize this is a very general press and without more details it would be hard to say aloud, but I am looking for some estimates on how much it would cost to fix my teeth. I have not been to a dentist within years.
I had a tooth crack, and had a root strait done. The tooth has since broken off completely and is missing.
I own 2 seriously chipped teeth and a few others slightly chipped.
I do not have dental insurance yet, but my provider through my livelihood would be Blue Cross and Blue Shield. I am looking for how much it would cost Me out of my pocket to fix my teeth once I am insured. Any help whatsoever would be appreciated.

The root strait will probably cost $500, depending on the tooth, and you will probably need a crown as well for the broken tooth - influence $800 depending on the materials used - porcelain, gold etc. Source(s): http://www.smarthealthbuyer.com/Dental/
I used to have dental insurance, but canceled when I signed for this discount program. It give me almost 50% to 80% off regular dental stuff which is about what I would recompense even if I had insurance.. but I don't have to rate the $50 a month for the insurance. It's 20 bucks, and it gives me dental coverage, vision, prescription and chiropractic. And it's 20 bucks for anyone living within my house. My roommate (who is not related to me) gets alike discount on her stuff. If you sign up today, you can go the Dr. tomorrow, no limits, no deductible. you in recent times pay whatever your discount is. And if your work is going to eventually provide dental insurance, you can hold on to this discount program and supplement your insurance.
