Is nearby a dental insurance for diabetics i.e. low cost or no cost beside no deductible?

I had seen a few years wager on that there was a dental plan that assisted diabetics beside providing no cost for their dental work needed, but now i don't remember exactly where i found this info and have need of assitance.
