No dental insurance... what should I do?

I have a bad tooth, which isn't really bothering me on the other hand, but i want to get it fixed. Is there anything I can do that will put aside me from paying an outragueous dentist bill?? The only place we have around is a county dental clinic which have a huge waiting list, but I want to get it fixed right at a low cost. I also live surrounded by Michigan.. does anyone know what I can do....?

Ask them for help, most of the time they'll charge you less than they charge someone next to insurance. Besides, dental insurance doesn't cover all procedure. Sometime you have reimburse the procedure from your own pocket.
