Dental insurance give somebody the third degree?

I had just received my primary treatment plan today and I currently enjoy one primary dental insurance plan so I will have to pay the rest out of pocket (about $1300). My grill is can I purchase another plan with a different company and have them coordinate near my primary insurance company? Or is it too late since I have already received a primary treatment plan?
