are there any dental insurance plans with no qualify period ?

No...not insurance plans. If there be why would you buy it ahead of time. Why wouldn't you just buy it, like I'm guessing is the root you're asking, right when you need it?

Aetna has a really dutiful discount plan and their network has giant caliber dentists.
