Is my Dental Insurance any appropriate?
I have dental ins. free at work.They pay nearly 60% on all claims.....is this average?

This is a fair insurance policy since you are not paying the premiums. What is the maximum they earnings out a year? If under $1000, it is not great. What is the deductable? Over $50, not great. Good policies pay for preventative treatment at 100%, filling at 80% and major work at 50%. Most policies have a deductable and with the sole purpose pay out a certain amount respectively year. Most good plains pay $1500-$2000 a year beside a $50 deductable. Most employes have to pay a portion of the premiums.
