I would strongly cheer up you to visit this website: www.healthsavings.ourperfectcard.com I signed up on-line over 3 years ago now for adjectives my dental needs. They have save me thousands of dollars throughout the years. From root canals, exams, xrays, cleaning...etc. Cosmetic surgery and orthodontics are also included in this terrifically affordable plan. They even had my benefits active surrounded by 2 hours and was able to use it like day. Good Luck and Hope this Helps
Dental plans are not sketchy if you pick the right one! Ameriplan usa is the #1 medical and dental benefits copany in the US next to over 140 million customers!! If you can afford $19.95 a month, your covered! When you sign up for the dental plus program, you will recieve FREE chiropractic, vision and prescription coverage! It is 100 times better then dental insurance.
-no application process
-no put a ceiling on to the amount you can use
-use it today!
when you get dental INSURANCE, most companies have a waiting term, and they have most of the time a $1,000 limit every year, its ridiculous.

Good luck!
I'm self-employed. After like mad of research, I use Delta Dental.
You want a dental insurance and not a reduced-fee dental plan... Delta Dental is a good one for those who are self-employed, as is United Concordia.
There is Delta Dental, but it is expensive and only covers cleanings and oral exams and up to a certain amount of filling and extractions.
AmeriPlan USA is the best alternative to "dental insurance". I've checked everywhere myself and finally went wtih AmeriPlan. We only compensate $20 a month for our entire family and only progress in when we need work done. We hide away 50-80% off everything dental related!! we foot $47 per cleaning and only go twice a year.. that's WAY better than paying at least possible $50 a month for Dental Insurance! And when you need crowns or fillings they are 60% sour reg. price.. (which depends on which dentist you see)

Check out their Dental Plus plan at the website below it gives the breakdown of all your discounts for your nouns.
I can also tell you how I use my own dental plan through AmeriPlan and how it works exactly.

I too was going to suggest Delta Dental but know that it is expensive.
