What dental insurance should I return with?

I live in California and need dental insurance that will cover oral surgery due to the certainty that I need my wisdom teeth taken out. It also wants to cover braces. Insurance with Delta Dental ran out. No answers on the subject of dental discount plans please. I just need insurance.
