What countries enjoy national dental insurance?
What countries have national dental insurance? I currently live in Canada, we own free health insurance, but not dental. :( I am a 21 year old finishing college and going to university subsequent year, after that I'd live to establish myself in a country with benefits of free form, dental, and vision care.
Does anyone recommend any countries?

If you live surrounded by Scotland it is free and University is free there as well (but not for international students).
