i am a PA resident looking for a good dental insurer. who is the best in ur judgment to buy a policy thru?

I have private dental insurance which used to cost me in the region of lb30 a month. This month it cost me lb10:20 which gives me 2 visits and 2 hygienist visit per year, but that doesn't include the costs of any fillings, but touch wood, I've been free from filling for 3 years now.
