What do you mean by "cheap"? You want to pay smaller quantity premium and take more risk of paying everything yourselves. Or you just want it cheap beside plenty of services? If you want the latter, you won't find any. No insureance company is dumb enough to give you payouts more than what the bazaar calls for.
Or you can move to Sweden or other North European countries where you settle taxes with 50% of your income but never worry something like stuff like health protection ever again.
