Your dentist should have a consult nearly billing with you. There, a billing rep will determine which costs go on medical insurance, and which stir on dental insurance. Basically, the more effort required to get a tooth out, the more potential it is to fall under medical insurance. So, you should know how to get a little facilitate there. Then, you'll just be responsible for the parts that drip under the dental part.
