One of my garden gnome have chipped his front tooth. I don't enjoy dental insurance on him, can I still bring back it?

If I do, will it be covered or will this be considered a preexisting condition? How carefully do I need to peak the dentist? I heard of some situations where the dentist give laughing gas and then takes the clothes rotten the patient when he/she is unconcious...O my...WHATEVER shall I do?
