Does dental insurances cover braces and teth whiting?

i got out of the military and uncle sam said the only mode he will cover my dental and health. i have to lift up my right hand again. i told him ill overhaul 4 now.
anyway i want to get dental and form insurances. but does the dental insurances cover baraces teeth whiting. than you
