Health/Dental insurance for a 20 year feeble..... HELP!!?

Okay, so my fiance doesn't have any insurance what-so-ever, not his fault though, his charge doesn't give him any benefits and he makes too much to take AHCCCS(Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System). Well, that's what we have been told. He really desires to see a doctor because of some ankle problems and he also needs to see a dentist because he hasn't been competent to see one in quite a few years. So, does anyone know of any form insurance/dental insurance we could probably afford for him, just him, I have insurance through the Tohono o'Odham Indian Nation. Oh, he make less than 1,200 a month, if you needed that info.
