How can I get hold of my teeth fixed if I dont own dental insurance or any money?
I have called several places, but nobody accept payment plans. Some places have a return thing, but they do a credit check and I have bleak credit. What can I do?
Answers:
I suggest looking into a dental institution. There might be a fee, I'm not sure, but the prices would be greatly reduced than a regular dentist.
I hear emergency rooms have dentists. If it is bleak enough, they would have to find a agency to help fix you and give you anguish killers (I would assume... I know doctors are required to help the lenient in front of them, so I am assuming this works with dental problems).
Because you are dealing next to doctors and not dentists, you are allowed to pay as you can. Unfortunately, this would probably only work for emergency (painful) situations and not the preventative work that would best relief you.
Also, there is a card called Care Credit that you can go and get through some banks. This is a credit card used only for dental purposes. If you could do paperwork to get this despite your less than honest credit, you would at least be able to catch some work done. I know Bank 1 has these cards.
If situation is truly that bad, you can apply for convinced aspects of welfare. It isn't the best for self-esteem, but you can get the medical and dental help you inevitability, and there is nothing wrong next to that.
Good luck, I know how terrible it is to have dental issues.
I'm sorry, I have a similar problem. My family's insurance is about to run out and my parents can't renew it. don't know what to do.
ps appreciation for answering my question about my toothache. the heat pad is really helping.
There are several dental discount plans availble which would greatly help to defray the cost of dental visits.
Also near is a medicade program in everystate that does offer dental coverage. There are greatly few dentists that take this plan and the ones that do are booked out very far but this is clearly an option as well.
Dental school are an excellent option as well, commonly they do the work for free or at a greatly reduced cost to the pt.
Call your local "chain" dental clinic and ask to speak with a manager. Because they are chunk of a larger group they might be able to help you defray some of the cost.
Last but not least possible, take care of your teeth. Floss everyday, even if it hurts. Rinse beside a fluoride rinse every night. Brush at least 2xs a sunshine. Don't drink soda all day long, the more you sip the more you put germs in your mouth. Drink water it is perfect for you breath, your mouth your whole body.
Their might be a dental arts school that needs volunteers, if you're brave enough. Search online.
go to the free clinic that is runned by the county
If you really dont enjoy the money you will either have to run bad without paying, or not have the work done.
If you live contained by the UK you have have NHS work done which is extraordinarily cheap (I just had an xray and padding done for lb40)
Live within a country not so "great" as America - where they care for their citizens a bit more.
get a sledge hammer and chizzle bust em out yourself
Sorry to hear about the toothache. Are you base in the UK? If you are a fulltime student or on benefit, you can get this dental form from the university's GP or council for free NHS dentist. Otherwise, you do own to pay yourself. NHS dentist are much cheaper than private dentist of course. Good luck!
