Does anyone know if this is right roughly removal period next to dental insurance?

because I thought an elimination period be when you could get dental work done before the closure period was over and they would cover the procedure you have done once you elapsed the elimination period even though the procedure be done before the elimination time expired...
as long as you maintained the same insurance

If the plan states that an item is covered once every 6 months, and you get work done before the six months own passed since the last service, then the plan will not cover that work.

In demand for the plan to maintain its tax exempt status, it must grip to certain rules and it must apply those rules consistently to all member of the plan, or it risks disqualification. Source(s): over 10 years experience as a plan administrator
Elimination period have nothing to do with when they settle up it has to do with when the service is perform.
In over 17years of selling Health Insurance, I own sold less than 1% of Dental Insurance- why? because most plans have charge schedule or wait period that I think are ridiculous. Most agents don't realize this, so how can the public.

Here is my advice, prior to going within for any procedure- 'GET PRE-AUTHORIZATION".. in writing is best!
