Where can I acquire dental guardianship minus insurance surrounded by NYC?

I have no dental insurance, and an impacted wisdom tooth and possibly vingervitus (sp?). I haven't be to a dentist in about 2 years, and it's pretty urgent that I find to one. I live in East Harlem but I can travel to anywhere in the city. Are near special dental clinics for people with no insurance or newly a dentist that won't cost me an arm and a leg?
