Will my orthodontic Lifetime Maximum start over beside a foreign dental insurance provider?
My daughter had a retainer and our insurance carrier, Cigna covered $1500 of it. Now she wishes braces and my husband's company is changing dental providers to Guardian. Will that Lifetime Maximum start over with the untried dental provider?
