My dental insurance doesn't cover the costs of the bridge?

even though after the plan I have, they should cover 60 % of the costs, but so far they refused twice. Can I bring them to the court and sue them? Or what else shall I do?
Answers:
There may be a missing tooth clause in your contract. If you were missing the tooth previously you went on the insurance, it's a pre-exisitng condition that they may not cover. Check to see WHY they are denying it as your EOB (Explanation of Benefits) should list a function why they aren't paying. Taking them to court would be a waste of your time and money.
