I found a site that has literally save my gums. Covers all pre-existing conditions and is very severely affordable. I have given it to people on here along beside my family. You wont find as good and as affordable plans by calling the big insurance providers. For a small amount a year you could be covered and your mouth up to par.

Check into state-sponsored programs. This isn't necessarily "welfare" but is done so through the welfare office. You go in and apply for the programs you obligation and they will give you options base on your income. Moreover, many dentists offer pay through credit services (offered by an outside company) as many dental plans do not offset a hulking amount of your expenses anyhow.
