Need affordable condition insurance that also covers dental and optical?

I live in Arizona and I need reliable affordable strength insurance for my fiance. I have never had to shop for condition insurance before since I have Tri-care so I hold no idea what I'm doing. His main article is optical because things keep happening to his eyeglasses and now he has none. Dental is key for him as well since he had some recent things done near his teeth that give him trouble now and later.

A little help?!? I have no hypothesis where to start. I tried google but I do not know if I can trust many services out within.

Your best bet for optical is to pay out of pocket at Costco and get insurance for the specs.
