Is dental and eye insurance covered below the medical insurance contained by child support lingo?
The ex refuses to pay partly of the ortho bill for my daughters braces even though i carry the insurance on her and he states that it's not covered under medical so he won't wages half of the uninsured part which states surrounded by the papers that he is supposed to pay.

As the previous posters state... if it ain't specifically within the order as written, it doesn't exist. You cannot interpret the order, solely the judge that issued it can do so, or a higher court. So what you *think* it say, and what is actually says, can be two hugely different things.
When in doubt, file a motion to win him to pay. The judge will set it straight.
