My fiances tooth is KILLING him, he have no dental insurance...what are some remedies?
im worried. he cant even talk and we dont live together yet so I don't know what to do! hes taken tylenol 3's and advil and hes wash his mouth with paroxide and warm saline water...he cant afford a dentist rigth now!
