go to the babe-in-arms section of the local grocery. buy a tube of anbesol gel. apply to the tooth and gum around the tooth. That'll deaden the aching...temporarily . You really need to see a dentist. You'll need to rate cash if you have no insurance, ask them for a lolly discount, ask them to accept from you in brass whatever they would from a medicaid patient. I've see some ridiculously lowered rates when based on medicaid rates. like a $75 exam down to $23.

You are also a full time student. isnt at hand a health clinic associated with the college? you might be able to get a dental referral there/.
An abscessed tooth can grounds an infection which can migrate to your heart or other organs, so this needs to be attended to. Make an appointment at college health. They in general have someone who does dental clinic patients, although they may be a smaller fee than run of the mill. In addition, they may know of a county dental clinic for emergencies.
If this is unattainable, your emergency room, may be able to treat an abscess with antibiotics while referring you to a dentist who treats low income or college students. Take someone beside you when you go, in grip you cannot drive safely following medication. Good luck.
healthquotes.awardspace.info - my family hold this health insurance. It is affordable and has suitable coverage for dental issues.
Most dentist enjoy a payment plan program that you might want to ask about.

If to be precise not an option where you shift,
Try a personal loan at a credit union or bank.

Good luck!

P.S you might also want to contact a local university that have a dental program and they usually we offer discounted services.
i saw a commercial about some kind of gel that you rub on your gums explicitly supposed to instantly help relieve toothache. look it up
It seems that you feel really screwed up of this problem. Hope you may found adjectives here

I would clearly start with the school condition clinic - they might at least be able to carry you something for the pain. They also might be able to recommend a biddable dentist who would work with you on payment plans. Good luck! I know how it is to be a full-time student near no job or insurance! I relied on the health clinic!
Look in the phone book for a local dental college, they usually see patients for free or little cost
