Is paying for dental and medical insurance adequate child support?
im trying to set myself up for what i believe MIGHT soon be a court battle with little one momma....i just got married and presently im starting to go through that baby momma drama BS...through my daughters years of duration i have always be there for whatever she wishes...anything she wants or needs i hold always gotten her....i was paying private institution for 3 years...but dont really have any proof of it...every now and afterwards i would make those payments myself bu basically i be giving the money so that the mom would go and make the payments...same go for whatever else my daughter needed....i would give her the money to shift get it or every once in a while bad have my mother get it...but no proof....i settle for the childs dental and medical insurance, which i believe is more than enough...or am i wrong?
how can i show proof that i have other been supportive of my daughter?
are family and mutual friends nouns enough proof?
thanks

Depends on your state and the judge, but basically, if the money isn't going through the child support department, then it doesn't exist. You may have a intercede who will consider your *under the table* child support, but you can't count on that.
The mother carries blame too, she should have gone to court for a child support directive, a custodial parent owes that to their children, the judge will likely consider that. You stipulation to contact an attorney to ask their advice. Child support will only dance back a certain amount of time, and typically as a non-custodial parent you would be responsible for medical and dental insurance and partly of uncovered medical and dental expenses, in addition to child support.
Good luck!
If you didn't keep receipts then you own no proof and you better hope the attorney general takes pity on you. And no, insurance is not plenty. You'll be paying that and sending her money.
That is adjectives fine, kids still eat, grow and need investigational clothes.
All of these things are very hard for one party to provide.
