my brother needs to get his teeth fixed but his situation doesnt offer insurance. he has cavity that are years old that are black and decaying his teeth. he doesnt want to go to a clinic because they dont in fact repair your teeth but just remove them. he also doesn't have like mad of money to pay out of pocket. what low cost options if any, does he hold?
