Dental insurance contained by Upstate NY?

I really need to get some cheap dental insurance. I tried Delta Dental but they would individual let me go to Aspen Dental which I found to be a complete trick. I was absolutely dissatisfied near the place.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look for insurance?
