Is dental insurance honestly worth it?

seriousely, all the dental plans i've seen are for close to $36 a month witha $750 or 1,000 max. annual cost.

and they have a $50 annual deductable. then one and only 80% coverage thereafter.

I would like to suggest you obtain as much information as you could before taking action, here http://www.insuranceidea.info/free-insurance.htm is a angelic place for that.

Most often if you do not enjoy an employer who is picking up the tab, then dental insurance is basically worthless. You would be better bad saving $20.00 per month and that would probably cover 2 cleanings and radiographs and exams per year. Good Luck
yes! ITS WORTH IT!
I have dental insurance from my employer and its not worth it.The insurance company is blue cross of mass and they suck.
If you are buying dental insurance for yourself, then no, the insurance isn't worth it. You pay course more into the plan that you'll ever get out of it. You might as well put aside $36 a month consequently self pay when you go to the dentist for cleaning your teeth. If you can bring back insurance through an employer, then it is worth it, the coverage is better
