I noticed my fish tank leak wednesday,and after removing the tank I found that the floor was fairly wet,with it person water from a tank it manifestly smelt so I tried washing the carpet but it still smells rather bad.It hasnt left a stain as it be just water.I ring my insurance company and have someone coming out on monday.I was freshly wondering what the likely hood is of me being successful as it isnt imperfect or stained.I have had to remove the underlie as this was saturated and also smelt and threw this away although the insurance company is aware of this.
