Which company privdes the best landlords home and contents insurance.?
i took ours out with the halifax, but when the policy arrived, it doesnt contain malicious make worse or accidental damage. None of their policies do apparantly. which seem stupid to me, but hey!
i have looked on confused.com and currently trying moneysupermarket.com but wondered which insurance company other landlords use.

I use Shelter Ins. Have had a few small claims over the years, and same near a couple of my tenants, but they are good to me, and be quick to act.
My renters compensated a lot more with other insurers, the ones near Shelter were happy beside prices.
