Buildings and contents insurance?

i am buying buildings & contents insurance from tesco (sorry for the advert), there is 3 levels of insurance and 2 level don't pay out for accidental buildings or contents wound - is this the norm.
Answers:
Some do some don't - totally unplanned damage is best cover as you never know what will happen.
I should forget roughly buying Insurance from a Supermarket and go with someone more established contained by Insurance . I've just taken out Buildings and Contents Insurance with the Post Office, and as a first-year extend, you get lb60 given back to you if you don't dissolve the Policy until 3 months have passed, so it's a pretty good offer" Source(s): Me(and my lb60 Cashback!).
I agree with Carla.... yes it's normal and the unpremeditated damage extension is a good impression in my view.

and to the second guy...

Tescos Insurance is simply a retail channel for 'UK insurance Ltd' which also includes 'Direct Line' and 'Churchill' .... not sure you can get more established than that !

BTW.... Post Office insurance is in actual fact the Allied Irish Bank Insurance Co, which is probably less 'establised' !

Both are perfectly respectable companies and the PO may be better (or not)... it's in recent times that the comment about Tescos not being 'established' is incorrect.
Yes, not adjectives policies carry accidental ruin cover - it's often an optional extra. Take my support and get it!
