I work for a Insurance Company here in Los Angeles. It's a Commercial Liability Insurance Company. I dont do any handling of claim, but I am a Claims Adjuster Assistant. I review court documents to identify facts and the nature of the twist of fate that took place. Send out acknowledgement letter, as well as closing notice.
