Creepy insurance company commercial?

dude's car gets stolen so he's purely standing there in shock. and suddenly the ground starts collapsing toward a hole and standing contained by the hole is a dude with a big rabbit head. and on the wall are tons of eyes moving around. and after a cat barks and snarls at the dude. then everything's middle-of-the-road again.

itt was for farmer's helppoint. but what i'mwondering is, where did they obtain the idea for teh dude with the rabbit person in charge? that thing is really creepy. like, changeable creepy.
