Yeah, don't be fooled by that language. The "pre authorization" manner you can find out whether you'll be covered on a procedure BEFORE you go in. Obama-care will deny you when you step in for the procedure.
Gee, maybe your doctor can put his/her gazillion years of college, medical arts school and residency to use by prescribing your treatment and actually have it carried out lacking his/her having to beg your insurance company for assent. (Psst! Because of legal liability, doctors already order every question paper they can. If Americans weren't so sue-happy, our health care costs would be the lowest within the world instead of the highest.)

I think it would be upright for all people to only relax, they can do nothing now, voting is over and not a soul is going to listen to screaming people.
