b) the guy taking long time to propose to his girlfriend, consequently all of a sudden it shows her with husband and kids

I similar to the new jersey desi one. Every time when my nephew here aa, aa, ee ee he comes running to see that ad and its really funny how he react to the ad. He doesn't even move after ad fineshes for few second. He is only 2 years old but he loves that announcement and that's why its my favorite. Its really hard to pick one from this all of them are really right.
