Does Patrick Dempsey do the voiceover for the unknown State Farm Insurance commercials?

Does Patrick Dempsey do the voiceover for the new State Farm Insurance commercial? I have see the commercial several times and I think the voiceover sounds like Patrick Dempsey but I can't find any information on whether to be exact him doing the voiceover or not. Anybody know?
