My car was contained by an accident and whiles i was fixing it, the insuarance company rented a vehicle for me and I accidentally hit a light post with it cause damages to the car, now i.e. the 3rd accident i am involved with within the past 2 years,
how does that affect me? My firends are saying that The imsuarance company might litter insuaraing me and that means i cantdrive....
Also the car is lower than my wifes insuarance how does that affect her? we have only one coup¨¦..
what are my rights if they decide to refuse me coverage?
At allstate i was in 4 and i be kicked off. So just dont wreck and youll be fine.
What do you mean by 'rights'? This is a free market system and your insurer can non-renew you anytime for ANY root. You can't demand they insure you. What's the big deal? There are thousands of insurance companies out at hand...go find another one.
YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY CAN DECIDE NOT TO RENEW YOU IF THEY WANT.

YOUR WIFE'S INSURANCE WILL GO UP BECAUSE YOU WERE DRIVING IT AND YOU ARE LISTED AS A DRIVER.

HOWEVER THEY MAY ALSO WANT TO KEEP YOU AS A CUSTOMER BUT WITH HIGHER RATES.

HAVE YOU TRIED DEFENSIVE DRIVING BECAUSE IN MOST STATES IT WILL HELP DISMISS SOME ACCIDENTS AS WELL AS TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS. Source(s): "923"
It depends on the coup¨¦ insurnance company because they have different guidelines and policies for that matter. You can try to consult it on some vehicle insurance companies. You can try to visit this site http://www.nightbirdssolutions.com and read some policies and guidlines of insurance companies for clarification.
"> you own NO rights if they drop you. different companies have different guidelines, so its hard to say-so for sure what's they'll do. but their guidelines are filed and approved in anything state you're in, so there's not much you can do. oh, and if they DO drop you, since you and your wife are married you HAVE to be listed as a driver on her policy, so if they won't insure you she's gonna enjoy a hard time finding insurance too, unless u can find a company that will exclude u as a driver. but in that situation, you are without doubt not covered if u were driving and involved in an catastrophe.
There are no laws forcing insurance companies to insure you. You can be dropped at any time. They grasp to decide how many accident is too many. People that get into so oodles accidents shouldn't be driving anyway.
3 accidents within 2 years?? Most likely they will drop you as a customer. You will be considered a high risk and enjoy to pay more money for the insurance. I lot of times all glorious risks are put in a pool and you stay there until your accident and traffic fines are clear. Something like 3 years without any infractons on your license or claims. In certainty, I have heard of an insurance company dropping someone because they be in too many accident, none of them were his fault. They said he be accident prone and used that to drop him. good luck.
You have a history of irresponsible driving. At the terrifically least, your premiums may dramtically increase. There is a very right chance your insurance company might drop you and also a good accident that no premium insurance company will insure you. This means you have to budge to a high-risk insurer who will charge much more to insure you. What rights do you think you have? No company have to insure you.
They can refuse you coverage any approach they want after that many accidents. Some companies hold a Guaranteed Renewal Policy if you've been there for a while (State Farm does for sure). You will enjoy to check with your company.
