What happen after a vehicle misfortune when you don't hold insurance?
I had a car misfortune in NSW over the weekend and hit two other cars. I am at fault but I have no third party insurance, only Compulsory... so I am waiting for the bills... The two coup¨¦ owners i hit are letting their insurance companies deal with it. Does anyone know what happen next, do they send a bill within the mail? do they call us? I didnt hold the opportunity to do anything at the time, we went straight in the ambulancec and the police and others took effort of the rest.

What do you mingy when you said you have 'compulsory' insurance? Do you mean comprehensive or compulsory? If it is the former, next your policy will cover you for any damages/loss to your vehicle as well as to third party. In my country here, the most minimal insurance is Third Party insurance which covers damages/loss cause by insured vehicle to any third party (this include bodily injury). Now that all party have lodged police report, the next step is to inform your insurance company of the said luck as you have a responsibility to notify your insurance company of any impending claims or any accident that could bring almost a claim. The third parties would definitely write to your insurance company if they know the procedures but if they don't, consequently don't be afraid if you receive any litigation letters. Just send them over to your insurance company and they will feat for you. Good luck.
I have an accident last October beside no insurance. The car that hit me had Insurance she payed for her coup¨¦. I had to pay for my own adjectives of it. The tow and fixing my car. I also lost my license for 90 days. This is in the state of Indiana
It differs by Country, State and such. The best answer you could get was someone locally. I can lone quote you the laws here in the USSA
Your local people may have a better answer. In broad if you have minimal insurance and there are population who will sue to get recovery from damages the worst overnight case scenario is that they will go to court and ask a judge to place a verdict against you. That means if you ever have any money ever they find their money from you. They will, of course, try at first to bully you into borrowing the money from banks or relatives or threaten to frills your wages.
Sorry for your trouble, be careful out there.
if you are fully comprehensive it will cover the repare bill's and injuries ,as ably as the damage done to your's. if the other people own your datails, then insurance companys will deal next to it
if on the other hand , you only have third party fire and theft you will be responsible for the bill's for the other people's diluted car's as third party fire theft individual cover's your car if it catches fire get stolen or a third party gest hurt in an luck.
