I got my liscence when i be 16 it 's been 1yr and from the day i get my liscnece i started looking for insurance all around i couldnt find anything for cheap everything i could find was resembling $ 3000,$4000 for six months that is a lot of money but finally i come up with one insurance WOW........ it's really great i guess you should give it a try but i dont infer you can even get a quote with out getting liscence you atleast want to get your permit if you want a quote but i guarntee you that it is not going to be much if you go with this insurance his term is Arthur i am 100% sure he will give you a good price... oh.......ya i forgot to describe you this i am only paying $120/month that is zilch compared to all other insurance
