Why sports car insurance cards come surrounded by couple?

Just wondering why insurance identification cards come in double act? Anyway? ^_^

the last guy is retarded, when you attain pulled over you must show proof of insurance with your name on it, not the motor. and when turning in your insurance to the dmv, you give them a COPY., not the resourceful
all of the ans r wrong. the last one is module wrong. first u should never keep ur insurance in ur saloon, cuz if its stolen then it wud make it that much easier for the cat-burglar to concince the cops if they get pulled over that u loaned them the car if they show proof of insurance. and yes when u variation ins carriers u have to turn one copy over to dmv.
